Guidelines on How to Apply
Phase 1: Payment & Access
Step 1: Bank Payment The applicant visits the designated bank to pay the application fee. They must collect and keep a physical Bank Teller as proof of payment.
Step 2: Payment Verification The applicant brings the physical Bank Teller to the College Admin Office. The admin staff verifies the payment against the bank’s records.
Step 3: OTP Generation Once confirmed, the Admin Office generates a unique One-Time Password (OTP) and provides it to the applicant.
Phase 2: Online Registration
Step 4: Account Creation The applicant visits the college website and uses their OTP to unlock the registration page and create a personalized account.
Step 5: Form Completion The applicant fills out the application form. Once submitted, they receive an automated confirmation email.
Phase 3: Evaluation & Interview
Step 6: Interview Invitation The admissions team reviews the digital application. The applicant is then sent an Email Notification containing their scheduled interview date and time.
Step 7: Credential Verification & Interview The applicant attends the interview in person. They must bring original copies of their credentials for physical evaluation by the panel.
Phase 4: Final Selection
Step 8: Shortlisting After all interviews are conducted, the admissions board reviews performance and documents. A List of shortlisted candidates is officially published.
Step 9: Issuance of Admission: Successful candidates receive their formal approval letter, officially welcoming them to the college.
