Historic Visit to Koribondo Village: A Gesture of Appreciation

Over the weekend of August 17/18, 2024, a delegation from our college the American College of Science and Technology, led by Ms. Mamakoh Swaray visited Koribondo Township, to meet with the land donors who have generously contributed to our campus expansion in the Southetn Province of SierraLeone. This historic visit was a heartfelt gesture to assure the families and Koribondo Community that their sacrifices have not gone unnoticed.

During the visit, a courtesy call was made to H.H.H of Jalama Chiefdom, Paramount Chief P.C. Foday Bassie. Our team had the privilege of commiserating with the Paramount Chief, the land donor Families, andother Stakeholders, offering tokens of appreciation to each family. The moment was captured in a series of photographs, which will be cherished by both our institution and the families for years to come.

The delegation’s return to campus marks a successful and meaningful trip, strengthening the bond between our college and the Koribondo community. We extend our deepest gratitude to the land donors for their unwavering support and trust in our institution.
